Since August 2025 I've worked for myself out of Jersey City, running content, partnerships, and community for a small set of brands. For Nee's Physical Therapy I built the website from scratch, run the social channels, and produce short-form video on posture, mobility, and injury prevention.
Before that I was content marketing manager at Spire.AI, running the content function with a team of four across design, SEO, and writing. Organic engagement rose 40 percent and inbound leads 15 percent over that period, and I ghostwrote the CEO's thought leadership, including two articles for the Forbes Human Resources Council. Earlier, four and a half years at Shiprocket in New Delhi, where I built the content function from scratch and grew organic traffic 500 percent — 20,000 to 100,000 monthly blog users — writing most of the 500-plus posts, feature pages, and infographics behind it.
Between those two roles I freelanced for SaaS and healthcare clients, and wrote research pieces for two nonprofits: The Borgen Project, on poverty reduction, and The Adam Project, a free student mental health resource. I also ran social media for We, The World.
I trained as a food technology engineer at the University of Delhi and moved into marketing after a postgraduate certification at MICA in 2021.
On AI, since it comes up in every interview: I use it daily for research, outlines, and first passes. It has never decided what the argument should be, and that is the part I'm paid for.
The things I'd talk about if we weren't talking about work.
My résumé. Anything else, email me and it'll be with you the same day.
